Property Assessments 

Fehr-Graham & Associates has been providing site assessment services for over 25 years, providing hundreds of Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) to clients; including lending institutions, insurance companies, attorneys, government entities, developers, and commercial/industrial property owners.  During the Phase I ESA stage, we evaluate the existence of Recognized Environmental Conditions (REC) and whether or not a Phase II ESA will be required.  If a Phase II ESA is required, we perform analytical sampling and determine if remediation measures are necessary. In addition to the traditional services related to environmental site assessments, Fehr-Graham provides services related to asbestos containing materials, radon gas, lead-based paints, wetlands, mold, and other environmental or human health concerns.
